Inbox Works is a shared inbox designed for small teams that answer the same business email address together. It keeps emails organized with visibility into who is replying, enables private team discussions through comments that customers never see, and automatically reminds the team about follow-ups based on promises made or questions asked. The tool stays simple and fast, avoiding the complexity of traditional helpdesks by keeping email as email without tickets or queues. When teams need more capability, optional Add-ons like Hand off, Straight to Done, and Snooze can be enabled without increasing complexity.

    Yes. Inbox Works is built for teams that need to answer the same business email address together.

  2. How will Inbox Works connect to our email?

    Planned first for teams on Google Workspace: an Admin forwards your shared address to Inbox Works, and replies go out from your own Google account. Microsoft 365 support is not yet decided.

  3. Can we talk about an email without forwarding it?

    Yes. Comments sit beside the email, and the customer never sees them. While you talk it over, the list shows who is replying, and Send tells you before a second reply goes out.

  4. Will it remind us when someone doesn't reply?

    Yes. The email comes back to your Inbox. If your reply promises something for a certain day, it comes back that day. If it asks a question and they don't answer, it comes back in three days or on the day you asked for.

  5. How does pricing work as the team grows?

    Up to three people, Free costs nothing. From four, Team is $29 a month for the whole team however many answer, so adding a teammate doesn't change the price.
