Pin Feed: the homepage
Pin Feed is a visual feedback and online proofing tool that lets agencies and their clients collaborate on live websites, images, and PDFs. Clients join with just a name and email—no account, password, or signup required—and can drop pins directly on the page to leave comments and feedback.
The tool works across desktop, tablet, and mobile viewports, with each viewport keeping its own pins. Users can draw with six tools (pencil, highlighter, line, arrow, rectangle, circle), and every pin automatically captures a screenshot for context. File versions keep their own feedback separate, so uploading a new version starts fresh while earlier versions retain all their comments.
Pin Feed integrates with Slack to post pin notifications and supports threads with @mentions and resolve buttons. Every feature is included on both the Free and Pro plans; Pro removes project and storage limits.

No. Clients open your share link, type a name and email, and start pinning. No password, no signup, no install.
Do I have to pay to start?
No. Everyone starts on the Free plan, no card required. Free is a real free website feedback tool, 3 projects and 500 MB with every feature, for as long as you want it. Upgrade to Pro only when you hit the limits.
Do my clients need paid seats?
No. Guests are free and unlimited on both plans. Clients open your share link, type a name and email, and can pin, draw, comment, and resolve. They never need an account and they never cost you a seat.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, it's two clicks in your billing settings. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for, then you land on Free with everything intact.
What counts as a project?
One website you annotate (a URL) or one file project (images or a PDF, with versions). The Free cap counts projects you own, including archived ones. Projects other people share with you never count against it.
