Does the annual account fee include all costs?
For Essentials and Premier, per-subject charges are additional to the annual account fee. Annual program plans include a stated yearly capacity. Managed administration, if requested, is scoped separately.
How is confidentiality maintained in the feedback process?
Participants are never linked to their responses, small feedback groups are combined to prevent identification, written comments are never attributed, and only authorized people can access the data.
