Is there a long contract?
No. Plans are monthly and you can cancel anytime. Yearly billing simply saves you 10% compared to monthly pricing.
Is Metix AI an agency?
No. The subscription plans are not an agency service. You approve outreach and Mira runs the search through booking, and you pay a subscription with usage Credits rather than a placement fee. Delivery service is a separate offering where someone on Metix AI's side runs the search from day one, quoted separately on a demo.
Do real people see my role?
Yes, on the subscription plans. You write the brief and approve every outreach message before it sends. Mira then runs the search through booking. On the self-serve plans, no Metix AI staff member reviews the shortlist.
Do I need an ATS before using Metix AI?
No. Candidates arrive as booked first interviews with screening evidence attached, so a calendar and an inbox are sufficient to start. Teams that already run an ATS keep it; Metix AI is not an ATS and does not replace the system where you track applications, scorecards and offers.
