Does blockchain upload have legal validity?
Blockchain upload alone does not have legal validity. Legal value comes from the qualified eIDAS electronic timestamp issued by a qualified trust service provider, which is presumed accurate in date, time and data integrity across the EU. The blockchain record of the SHA-256 hash adds an independent integrity proof.
How does the free plan work?
The free plan includes 3 passports with a public page, QR code, and section-level privacy. PDF/JSON download, blockchain notarization, team management, and private sections require a paid plan.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade at any time and your existing data and passports are maintained. You only pay the difference. For downgrade, existing passports remain but you cannot create new ones beyond the new limit.
Are passports monthly or total?
Passports are total, not monthly. If you have the Base plan with 8 passports, you can create 8 in total, not 8 per month.
What product categories are supported?
Fashion, Automotive, Battery, Food & Beverage and Electronics. Each category has a specific template with pre-filled fields and demo data.
