Proofy collects video, text and audio testimonials by connecting to your payment and order systems. After a customer makes a purchase, renews their subscription or receives an order, Proofy automatically sends a testimonial request. The software routes responses using NPS scoring: promoters receive requests for testimonials, passives are asked for private feedback, and detractors are directed to support.

The platform uses AI to automatically edit testimonials by removing filler words and pauses, adding captions and transcripts, and extracting key quotes. It can repurpose individual testimonials into case studies, social posts, ad copy and email lines. Testimonials can be embedded on websites as widgets or a full Wall of Love page, with built-in SEO rich snippets and compatibility with Webflow, Shopify, WordPress and Wix.

Setup takes five minutes and requires no coding or editing skills. The software integrates with Stripe, Lemon Squeezy, Shopify, WooCommerce and any tool that can send a webhook.
