OutboxWatch monitors the technical setup of cold email sending domains. The free checker looks up a domain's public DNS records and reports on SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX and blocklists, with no signup required. Paid plans add daily re-checking every morning at 8am Mountain time, a dashboard showing health scores and trends, and email alerts when records change or domains are listed on blocklists. The service includes plain-English explanations of what went wrong and how to fix each issue. It reads only public DNS records and blocklists—no mailbox access, passwords or API keys needed.

    No. OutboxWatch does not send campaigns or warm up inboxes. It monitors the DNS records and public blocklists for your sending domains.

  2. Will it tell me which folder my email lands in?

    No. OutboxWatch does not run seed inboxes for placement testing. It checks the technical setup that determines whether mail is trusted.

  3. Do I need to connect my mailbox or sending tool?

    No. OutboxWatch only reads public DNS records and blocklists for the domains you provide. No mailbox access, passwords or API keys are needed.

  4. Does a good score mean my email will land in the inbox?

    No. No tool can promise that. A clean technical setup removes common technical causes, but content, list quality and sending volume also matter.

  5. Can I cancel any time?

    Yes. You can cancel from Manage billing in your dashboard at any time and you won't be billed again.
