What is email warm up?

Email warm up builds a sending reputation for a new or unused mailbox by sending and receiving a slowly growing number of normal emails that get opened, replied to and moved out of spam. Providers like Gmail score senders on this history, so a warmed mailbox lands in the inbox when real outreach starts.

How long does email warm up take?

Plan on 7 days for an existing domain and 2 to 3 weeks for a brand-new domain. The dashboard marks a mailbox ready for outbound after 7 days with a spam rate under 3 percent and at least 30 warm-up emails received.

Does the tool read my other email?

No. It only touches warm-up emails the network itself generated, identified by their own header and subjects. Real mail is never read, moved or answered, and you can revoke access at any time.

Can I send cold email campaigns with it?

Yes, with Outbound. Upload a CSV, write up to 4 steps, and send from your own warmed mailboxes. It is pay as you go: $2 per 1,000 emails from prepaid credits, no monthly fee. Only mailboxes that passed the warm-up ready check can send, capped at 30 a day in the first week and 50 after.
