What can I tell Trackapp?
You can tell Trackapp a new sale, a payment or a question, typed or said in your own words. For example, "Sold the gold bracelet to Lina for 12,500, 5,000 deposit" fills in a new sale, "Emily paid the remaining 1,250" fills in her payment, and "Who still owes me?" is answered from your own records.
Does Trackapp save anything without me?
No. Trackapp fills in the form and you check it. Nothing is saved, changed or sent until you press Save or Send yourself, and Trackapp never deletes anything.
Do you keep my voice notes?
No. A voice note is turned into text so Trackapp can fill in the form, and the recording is not kept. The words you type or say are not saved either; Trackapp keeps only a count for fair use.
Which currencies does it support?
You can record amounts in the currency you sell in, and keep each order consistent. The examples use AED, but you are not limited to it. Amounts are kept to 2 decimals, so for KWD, BHD and OMR the fils are rounded.
Do I need a website?
No. Trackapp works from your phone or computer. When you want to share an order, it gives you a clean link you can send in a chat. There is nothing to set up.
