The platform organizes hiring into one folder per job, keeping candidates, scores, and references in one place rather than scattered across notebooks and inboxes. AI drafts and rewrites interview questions based on job details but never scores candidates, ranks them, or makes hiring decisions. All data is stored in Canada. The Free plan covers one open job with five candidates per job, while paid plans add more jobs, team members, and reference checks.

Is Staffkin really free?
Yes. The Free plan is free for as long as you want: one open job, five candidates per job, the full question library, prescreens, interview scoring, PDFs and onboarding checklists. PDFs and candidate forms carry Staffkin branding. Upgrade when you need more jobs, reference checks or AI.
Does AI decide who I should hire?
No. In Staffkin, AI only drafts and rewrites questions from the job details you type. It never sees candidates' answers, never scores or ranks anyone, and never makes a decision. Your interviewers enter every score.
How do reference checks work?
One click emails the candidate to ask for consent and confirm or add their references. Nobody is contacted until they agree. Then each referee gets the same short set of questions by email, and answers appear on the candidate's page and PDF report.
Where is my data stored?
Your data is stored in Canada. Emails are sent through Resend and payments are handled by Stripe, which may process some data outside Canada. See the privacy policy for details.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?
Yes. Yearly billing costs the same as 10 months, so you get two months free.
