A tool that reads your public website to draft a map of teams, processes, handoffs and customer journey, then helps your team find gaps and design workflows.
What it is
Requstory: the homepage
Requstory helps teams understand and design their workflows by starting from a company's public website. It reads up to 6 public pages and drafts an initial map showing teams, processes, handoffs and the customer journey.
The team then corrects this map, marking each line as either quoted from the website, suggested for confirmation, or added by them. Model checks identify missing owners and weak handoffs.
With credits, teams can open processes in detail, place each step in the lane of whoever does the work (customer, team, AI agent or outside party), and break large steps into sub-processes up to five levels deep. Maps can be saved, exported as PNG or JSON, or shared via view-only links.
