The service scans live pages using 62 checks across four domains: UI and consent banner compliance, tracker and network leak detection, Global Privacy Control signal validation, and privacy policy substance review. Unlike consent management platforms that grade their own configurations, Privisy loads pages from the outside like a regulator would, identifying unauthorized trackers, configuration drift, and missing policy disclosures. The free audit includes the compliance grade and all 62 check results; paid plans unlock detailed evidence, tracker identification, and remediation steps.

No. Privisy scans your public-facing website externally, exactly as a regulator or consumer would. Zero code installation and zero access to internal systems are required; you only need to provide the URL.
Is this updated for the 2026 CCPA/CPRA regulations?
Yes. Our audit covers the full 2026 enforcement landscape including the duty to honor opt-out preference signals such as GPC (§ 7025, in force since 2023), Automated Decision-Making Technology (ADMT) disclosure requirements (§§ 7200, 7220, 7221, 7222), operative January 1, 2026 with compliance due by January 1, 2027 for any ADMT use begun before that date (§ 7200(b)), and the updated symmetry-of-choice dark pattern rules (§ 7004). We also track AB 566, the California Opt Me Out Act, which requires browsers themselves to ship an opt-out preference signal from January 1, 2027.
