Employees can tag @PerfectWiki in channels, use the personal tab, or click "Ask Perfect Wiki" on chat messages to get answers. When someone solves a problem in chat, it can be saved to the wiki with one click, automatically growing the knowledge base from tribal knowledge. The platform tracks what questions go unanswered and generates weekly knowledge gap reports.
Perfect Wiki emphasizes security and compliance: data is encrypted at rest and in transit, hosted on Google Cloud with EU and US data residency options, GDPR-compliant, and uses Azure OpenAI (customer content is not used for training). You only need to buy one editor to start; there is no minimum. You can add more editors whenever you need them. Readers are always unlimited and free, so the rest of your company costs nothing.
Who counts as an editor and who counts as a reader?
Anyone who writes or maintains content is an editor. Go to Settings > Users and every user with an Admin or Editor role counts as an editor. Everyone with Reader role is free.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel anytime. Go to Account & Settings > Billing > Manage Subscription.
How secure is Perfect Wiki?
All user content is stored in US and EU regions of Google Cloud, encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2+ with perfect forward secrecy, and encrypted at rest with AES 256 encryption on servers holding user data.
