What do I need to get started?
Just upload your documents in PDF, Word or text format. Sign up, upload them, and the AI does the rest. The free trial lasts 14 days and requires no credit card.
Are my documents used to train AI?
Your documents are stored on servers in Germany and are private to your company. They are never used to train any AI models, and you can export everything at any time.
Can the AI make things up?
The assistant is built to answer only from your knowledge base and shows which articles each answer comes from. When your documents don't cover a question, it says so instead of guessing, and you see which questions went unanswered so you can fill the gap.
How long does setup take?
Uploading takes minutes. The AI first maps your documents and proposes a table of contents for you to approve, then writes the articles in the background and notifies you when they are ready.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Plans are monthly or yearly, and cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for. New subscriptions can be refunded within 14 days.
