What does real PSTN mean and why does it matter?
Calls originate from genuine carrier infrastructure, dial real numbers over the public switched telephone network, and experience real network jitter, codec negotiation, and timing. Simulator-only testing misses what only the network reveals - regional routing quirks, codec mismatch, and jitter-induced prompt drop.
How much does compliance cost?
Compliance is metered at $0.40 or £0.40 per minute, billed per second after a 30-second minimum per call. You can scan each number weekly, fortnightly, or monthly - the cadence just sets how often it runs, not a fixed fee. Every scan runs over real PSTN and produces a dated, signed report.
