Do you charge per subscriber?
No. There is no subscriber limit on any plan, and no line on your invoice for list size. You can import 50,000 contacts on day one if you want. The price only moves when you send.
Can Lumail send my app's transactional emails too?
Yes. You can point your app at the SMTP relay (smtp.lumail.io:587, STARTTLS) or the API and your password resets, receipts, and OTPs ship from the same place as your newsletter. They travel in a separate instant lane so a campaign can never delay a login code.
Do I need to be a developer to use Lumail?
No. Everything runs from the dashboard: a visual workflow builder, a filter builder for segments, and an AI-assisted editor. The API and SDK are there when you want them, not a prerequisite.
Can my AI agent run my newsletter?
If you already work in Claude Code, Cursor, or another MCP client, you can add your API token and 139 organization-aware tools show up. You can ask for a campaign, a segment, or last month's numbers and the agent does it. This is entirely optional and the dashboard does the same job.
