   Each Keap® plan includes monthly text marketing credits. After your monthly credits are used, additional marketing texts are billed at $0.015 per message. Keap® Pro comes with a 3-month trial of text marketing.

2. How does text marketing integrate with other features like email, CRM and automation?

   Keap® enables users to leverage text marketing features not possible through standalone text marketing software. With the CRM, you can send text messages to follow up after actions like webpage visits, email clicks, and shopping cart abandonment. You can also send text reminders for appointments, webinars, or before the end of a sales promotion.

3. Does Keap®'s CRM with text messaging allow for mass texts to customers?

   Full text broadcast (mass texting) and automation functionalities are available in every Keap® edition (Keap® Pro, Keap® Max, Keap® Ultimate), along with 1:1 text messaging.

4. Can people reply to my automated text messages?

   Yes, in Keap® Pro and Keap® Max, contacts can reply to automated text messages or text message broadcasts. You can handle replies and communicate back and forth in your Keap® Marketing Number inbox.

5. What is a contact in Keap®?

   A contact is a single person recorded in your account. Keap® lets you store critical information including phone number, email, address, meeting histories, payments, invoices, conversations, emails and notes.
