What it is

InboxGuards: the homepage
InboxGuards is a self-service email security monitoring product that connects to Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 with read-only access to audit records and alerts when account-takeover signals appear. It checks audit logs at the fastest cadence available on standard plans, requiring no premium security licensing.
The service is an alarm, not a staffed SOC or watch service. It does not sit between you and an attacker, does not promise to catch every incident, and does not administer or remediate customer tenants. You own the alerts and decide what happens next.
An optional $199 flat-fee remediation service is available for hands-on tenant administration if authorized separately. Monitoring includes read-only access to supported audit records and related directory fields used for posture and dark-web checks, but does not read mailbox message content and cannot change tenant settings.

Quick answers
Is InboxGuards a staffed SOC or watch service?
No. InboxGuards is an alarm, not a staffed SOC or duty team. It checks supported Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace audit records and emails you a plain-English alert when a configured rule matches. You own the alerts and decide what happens next. InboxGuards does not sit between you and an attacker, and it does not promise to catch every incident.
What does InboxGuards cost?
$2 per active user per month for self-service monitoring and alerting, or $20 per user per year (2 months free), with a 30-day money-back guarantee. There is no minimum seat count and no setup fee. An optional $199 flat-fee remediation service can be separately authorized.
Is access read-only?
Yes. InboxGuards connects with customer-admin-authorized read-only access to supported audit records and related directory fields used for posture and dark-web checks. It does not read mailbox message content and cannot change tenant settings. You can revoke access from your own Microsoft or Google admin console.
Does it work with both Google Workspace and Microsoft 365?
Yes. InboxGuards works with both Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, with the same $2 per active user per month pricing.
