Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, there are no contracts or cancellation fees. If you cancel, you keep full access until the end of your current billing period.
Is there a transaction fee on bookings?
No. Guidly charges a flat monthly fee per coach and never takes a cut of your session revenue.
How does team pricing work?
The organization owner pays for all coaches on their team from a single account. The discount applies automatically when 3 or more coaches are on the same organization.
What happens if I'm not happy with Guidly?
If you're not satisfied in your first 30 days after subscribing, contact support and they will make it right.
