CoolMind automates the job search process for US-based positions. Users upload a résumé and set their preferences for roles, industries, locations, and companies to avoid. The platform searches for new postings daily, scores each job against the user's criteria, and automatically fills in and submits applications through the employer's website using a cloud browser. All applications include a confirmation receipt showing what was submitted.
The service offers two modes: Full Auto, where qualifying jobs are submitted automatically, and I'll Review, where users approve each application before submission. Applications are sent in English, and the platform handles visa sponsorship questions by skipping postings that don't sponsor.
Users pay only for applications that employers confirm receiving, with no subscription. Credits come in one-time packs ranging from 10 to 500 credits, with new accounts receiving 5 free credits to try the service.

How do I pay and how do credits work?
You buy credits in one-time packs with no subscription. Each application the employer confirms uses one credit; failed or unsent applications use none. New accounts get 5 free credits. Credits are valid for 180 days, and referral programs provide additional credits.
What are the daily limits on applications?
Each day, resetting at midnight US Pacific time, CoolMind scores up to 600 jobs and sends up to 200 applications for you. Once an allowance is used up, the rest waits until the next day at no cost.
What language are applications submitted in?
Everything sent to employers—your résumé content, form answers, and cover letters—is in English, though the CoolMind site itself can be in Chinese or English.
