A service that watches public web pages and tracks changes to individual items, alerting you when products, prices, regulations, or other monitored content
What it is

BriefPanel: the homepage
BriefPanel monitors public web pages and breaks them down into trackable items—products, job postings, regulations, or any content that changes. Rather than showing you raw page diffs or screenshots, it recognizes the same item on every check and keeps a history of what changed, including when it appeared, what fields moved, and when it was removed.
You paste a URL, describe what matters to you, and set how often to check: every 30 minutes, hourly, every 6 hours, or daily. BriefPanel reads the page and any linked item pages, then records each change as a structured event. You receive alerts via email, push notification, Slack, Discord, or through the REST API and MCP integrations for automations and AI agents.
The service costs one credit per page read, with no subscription or contract. You start with 120 free credits (20 initial plus 100 after confirming your email) and can purchase more in packs of 1,000 for $10.00. Failed reads cost nothing, retries count once, and credits never expire.

Quick answers
What exactly is an item?
An item is each thing you track on a page, such as a product with its price, a job posting, a tender, or a plan. BriefPanel recognizes the same item on every check and keeps its history, including when it appeared, what changed (for example, the price), and when it was removed. You don't pay per item; you pay per page read.
What is BriefPanel?
BriefPanel is a service that watches public pages for you, such as a competitor's store listing. It splits the page into items (products, for example), tracks each one, and alerts you when something is added, changed, or removed, like a price change. You see each item's history instead of re-reading the whole page.
How does it work?
Paste the page URL, say what matters (for example, "price changes and new products"), and pick how often to check. BriefPanel reads the page and, when items have their own pages, reads those too. Each change goes into the item's history, and you get email or push alerts plus daily or weekly digests.
Can I try it for free?
Yes, and no card is needed. You start with 20 free credits and get 100 more when you confirm your email, for a total of 120 credits. You only pay if you decide to buy more credits.
How much does it cost?
You pay only for usage, with no subscription or contract. One credit equals one page read. A page whose items have no pages of their own costs one credit per check; when they do, the check reads more pages and costs more, up to a fixed limit. Credits come in packs of 1,000 for $10.00. If you run out, monitoring pauses and resumes on its own when you top up.
