An API for querying Ethereum and Robinhood Chain blockchain data, billed by the bytes of rows received at $0.50 per GB.
What it is

Bloklake: the homepage
Bloklake provides an API to query blocks, transactions and logs from Ethereum and Robinhood Chain blockchains from genesis to the current head. Users filter data by contracts and wallets and select only the fields they need, paying $0.50 per GB of rows received rather than for blocks scanned or requests made.
The service offers flexible pricing: pay-as-you-go starting at $5 in USDC with 1 request per second, or a Standard plan at $200 per month with 1 TB of data included and 10 requests per second. Data is returned as Apache Arrow format, which is 2-2.5 times smaller than JSON, reducing costs. Responses indicate the current archive height and finalized block, allowing users to detect reorganizations.

Quick answers
What exactly is billed?
The bytes of the rows in each response: only the fields you selected, for only the rows that matched. Not requests, not the block range scanned, not chains. Every billed request counts at least 10 KB, so a million requests that return almost nothing cost $5 on pay-as-you-go.
Can I be overcharged?
No. Pay-as-you-go is prepaid: when the balance reaches zero, requests stop with a 402 until you top up. On Standard, overage beyond the included 1 TB is charged up to your overage limit (default $50, which you can change), and then requests stop the same way.
How do I pay?
Pay-as-you-go: top up in USDC from the dashboard, from $5, with a browser wallet or any x402 client. Standard and custom plans: by card, billed monthly.
Do I need a plan per chain?
No. One key works on every chain, and data from every chain counts toward the same balance or allowance. Every plan includes every chain from genesis, all fields, sets and prepared queries.
What's free?
Chain status, the schema and account endpoints, server errors, and requests refused for rate limits or balance.
