Update listings across multiple sites at once
Change company details once and push them to all your other listings, or pick which sites to update.

Shared details go everywhere
One company, one account, listed in multiple places? Save your changes once and they hit every listing automatically. Your company name, website, logo, description, features, pricing, founders, team access and billing—these sync across all your sites.
Your tagline, short description, SEO title and SEO description stay different per site. You control those separately on each one.
Choose where each save goes
In the listing editor, next to "Publish changes", pick your targets:
- All my listings of the company (set by default).
- Only this site.
- Choose sites: tick or untick each one, or use "Select all" and "Select none".
Only the fields you changed in that save copy over. Wording you left alone stays put on the other sites. Each site keeps its own edit history, so we can roll one back alone if needed.
Copy differences that already exist
Head to /account/listings and hit "Copy details". You'll see which sites have different taglines, short descriptions or SEO text. Pick the sites you want to align with this one's wording, and we'll copy it across.
Additional categories
Extra categories sync the same way—but only to sites that have the add-on ($5). Categories that don't exist on another site, or that would exceed its limit, skip that site. Listings without the add-on stay untouched; we never unlock anything by copying.
What never syncs
Votes, reviews, rankings, launch weeks, Featured placements, sponsored spots, badges and verification checks all stay per-site. On free listings, paid profile sections stay locked until you upgrade there.
After you publish
Changes go live straight away. You'll get one email per site we updated. If something fails, we retry and let you know.
Questions people ask
- Do I have to update all my listings at once?
- No. Every save lets you pick which sites get the update. You can push to all, one, or any combination you choose.
- What if I want different descriptions on different sites?
- Taglines, short descriptions and SEO text stay separate per site. Only shared fields like name, logo and features sync across unless you tell us to copy them.
- Will updating one site erase changes I made on another?
- No. We only overwrite the fields you actually changed in that save. Everything else stays as it is on the other sites.
