Set up your alert channels
Head to /account/notifications and pick your preferred delivery method for each notice type: Email, Telegram or Slack. You connect your own Telegram bot or Slack webhook—we don't handle that part.
Choose your frequency
For each alert, select how often you want to hear about it:
- Instant: get it right away
- Daily digest: bundle it into one email per day
- Weekly digest: one email per week
- Off: stop it entirely
If you're using Telegram or Slack, optional quiet hours let you silence chat channels during set times.
Notices you cannot disable
Some alerts are non-negotiable. These always come through:
- Receipts and refunds
- Payment problems and disputes
- Your listing held for your founder profile
- Listing status changes
- Missing badges
- Security notices (new device sign-in, email changes)
Quick unsubscribe
Every notice email includes a one-click unsubscribe link for that specific notice type. Use it to drop just that alert without visiting settings.
Questions people ask
- Where do I change how I get notified?
- Go to /account/notifications. You'll choose your channel (email, Telegram, Slack) and frequency (instant, daily, weekly, or off) for each notice type.
- Can I turn off all notifications?
- Almost. Receipts, refunds, payment issues, disputes, listing changes, badges and security alerts are required—these always reach you.
- Do I need to set up Telegram and Slack myself?
- Yes. You connect your own bot or webhook. The site does not manage those integrations.
