WebhookVault captures every webhook you receive and keeps it in full for up to a year, searchable and replayable. It verifies signatures and gets you alerted when an expected webhook stops arriving. Every webhook is stored complete with headers and body, forwarded through a durable outbox with retries, and replayed on demand. The platform includes watchdogs for monitoring webhook cadence, transformations to reshape deliveries, and integrations with 12 alert destinations including email, Slack, Discord, PagerDuty and others.

What happens when I hit a limit?
Storage caps evict oldest-first so the newest webhook is always stored. Rate limits answer senders with a 429 retry signal. Oversized payloads are recorded with their true size, never silently dropped.
What counts as a stored request?
One HTTP request captured on any endpoint, any method, any content type, with binary payloads included. Replays do not create new stored requests.
How is production payload data protected?
TLS encryption everywhere, mandatory two-factor authentication on all accounts, forwarding targets checked against private IP ranges, and card numbers masked in the dashboard.
Is there usage-based billing or overage charges?
No. There are no metered overages. When quota add-ons arrive they will be fixed monthly line items, capped well below the next tier.
Do paid plans have a trial?
No free trial for paid plans, but Free is available with no card and no time limit. Within 14 days of first payment on a new paid subscription, a refund is available if the plan is not what you needed.
