A resolution is a customer conversation successfully handled by the AI Agent, whether it answers a question, handles an objection, recommends a product, or helps move the shopper toward a purchase. AI resolutions are billed at $0.99 per resolution.
How is each SMS counted?
SMS usage is based on message segments, the industry-standard way carriers bill text messages. Longer messages and certain characters can cause a single text to be delivered as multiple segments.
What happens when my business outgrows my plan?
You can upgrade whenever it makes sense. Higher plans unlock better usage rates, additional capabilities, and more support as your messaging program grows.
