Why don't the prompts include my product's name?
Buyers who don't know you yet don't type your product name. Prompts that name you would always mention you and inflate the score. ShownInAI measures discovery instead.
Are the answers the same every time?
No. AI answers vary between runs. Paid plans repeat each prompt and track the trend instead of trusting a single snapshot.
What's the guarantee?
If AI answers still don't name you within 60 days, email support and you receive a refund of everything you've paid with no forms required.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, you can cancel from the billing portal in your dashboard. If you forget to cancel, email support within 7 days of renewal for a refund.
