No. Clients never need to create an account or remember a password. They can receive a secure magic link to upload documents or simply reply to the request email with attachments.
What counts as an active packet?
An active packet is any document request currently open—sent, in progress, or awaiting review. Once marked complete or closed, it no longer counts against the limit, though completed packets remain archived and accessible.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Users can upgrade or downgrade at any time, with new plans starting immediately and prorated pricing adjustments. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts. Users can cancel from their account settings, and the plan stays active until the end of the billing period. All data can be exported at any time.
