Only verified and most-likely human opens are counted toward the final number. The grading rules are published so you can check the methodology, and weekly precision is recomputed from what users confirm or override, ensuring accuracy across all classification rules.

What data does Outsolvi need access to, and how is it protected?
For basic open and click tracking, Outsolvi needs no access to email bodies. If you connect a mailbox for automated follow-ups and reply detection, synced mail is stored encrypted. All data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit using TLS 1.2 or 1.3. GDPR and CCPA export and deletion requests are supported.
