No. A Free-plan key made in the portal cannot create event webhooks. The operator must move the key to a paid plan first.

How are webhook deliveries retried if they fail?

Retries run at 1 minute, 5 minutes, 30 minutes, 2 hours, 6 hours, 12 hours and 24 hours after the previous attempt, for 8 attempts total. If the 8th attempt fails, the endpoint is disabled.

The API gives transfer status and history for user wallets, payee verification (direct transfer, escrow, or block decisions), and webhooks when transfers lock, release, or refund. API keys are self-serve and never move money—every transfer is signed by the sender's wallet and every release requires the recipient's proof.
