The company was founded in Milan in 2010 by a group of IT professionals with extensive experience in office copying and printing. Today, the MPS Monitor Portal manages over 2,700,000 devices across more than 390,000 end customers, with more than 4,200 dealers using it to monitor fleets, manage consumables, and track contracts.

MPS Monitor has achieved a Platinum rating from Keypoint Intelligence in both 2020 and 2024, and is the only monitoring product selected by HP Inc. worldwide to integrate HP Smart Device Services and the HP JetAdvantage Management Platform.
