What should I write on a medication list?

Include each medicine's name and strength, the dose, when you take it, and what it is for. Also add vitamins, supplements, over-the-counter medicines, allergies, your doctors' names and phone numbers, and your pharmacy information. The template provides a field for each.

Can I print the list in large print?

Yes, you can choose the Large print size before you print or download. This makes the text and rows bigger, making the list easier to read for older eyes.

Can I edit my list in Word or Excel?

Yes, you can download your list as a Word or Excel file and change anything you like. You can also print it or save it as a PDF.

Is my information private?

Your medication list is saved only in your own browser and we do not see or store it. If you use Family Care, your medicines are stored in your account only for sending reminders and alerts. They are never sold or used for ads, and you can delete them anytime.
