Mailyond is an email platform for solopreneurs and small teams running multiple products. It provides a single shared inbox where mail from all your domains arrives in one place, color-tagged by project. You can reply as the correct brand address, and send transactional emails from your app with a single API key using Postmark for delivery on your authenticated domain. One DNS setup per domain (DKIM, Return-Path, MX) connects both receiving and sending without forwarding rules or multiple services. The platform supports up to 10 team members on the Agency plan and integrates with AI agents through an MCP server.

Quick answers
Does my main email have to move?
No. You can keep your primary email address where it is and point a subdomain like support.yourdomain.com at Mailyond. Running a whole domain there also works, but subdomain mode requires a smaller setup change.
Who actually delivers the mail?
Postmark delivers the mail on your own authenticated domain, so DKIM and Return-Path point to you rather than Mailyond. Every message is also stored in your workspace, so your archive lives there and not only at the provider.
What counts toward the monthly email limit?
Everything sent and everything received counts toward your limit because that is what delivery is billed on. You can enable overage pricing at $1.80 per 1,000 emails on the Basic plan with a spend cap you set yourself.
Can an AI agent read and answer my mail?
Yes, through the MCP server or the HTTP API using the same key you use for sending. You can lock an API key to a single domain so it only ever sees that domain's mail regardless of what it requests.
What happens to my mail if I hit the cap?
Incoming mail keeps arriving and is stored normally. Nothing bounces and no messages are lost. Messages past the cap stay locked until you enable overage or upgrade your plan, then they open immediately. Outbound sending pauses until the same action occurs or the billing period resets.
