ListRiver turns official state business registry data into clean, filterable business lists that stay current. Every state keeps a public registry of businesses formed or registered there. ListRiver loads each state's full file, standardizes it, removes duplicate filings, tracks status changes, and supplements it with business credit data from SMBCredit.net. Users pick the businesses they want and get a CSV file for their CRM, plus six months of automatic monthly refreshes to keep the list accurate. Data is available through a REST API with filters by state, city, county, ZIP code, NAICS industry code, entity type, and formation date, or as downloadable lists with three pricing tiers: Standard at $0.015 per record, Enriched at $0.025 per record with email and ownership data, and New Filings at $0.04 per record for businesses formed in the last 90 days.

What does a refresh include?
Each month ListRiver re-runs your list's filters against the latest state data and sends a new file showing added businesses and any status or contact changes for businesses already on your list.
Where does ListRiver's data come from?
Official state business registry records, supplemented with business credit data from SMBCredit.net where available.
Who can buy from ListRiver?
Any business, in the U.S. or abroad, can buy a list and pay in full by card with no verification. Pay-in-6 (paying over time) is available to U.S.-based businesses only after one-tap business verification. Lists are licensed for the buying business's own use and cannot be resold or shared.
Does Pay-in-6 build my business credit?
Yes. Pay-in-6 plans are reported to Experian Business and the SMBCredit small business credit bureau, so on-time payments add positive payment history to your business's credit files. Late payments are reported too.
How does Pay-in-6 work?
Choose Pay-in-6 at checkout. You pay 20% of the order today and get your full list right away. The rest is split into 6 equal monthly payments charged automatically to your card with no interest and no fee. You can pay early at any time.
