How is Formula Foundry billed?
Pro and Business plans can be billed monthly or annually. Monthly subscriptions can be canceled anytime. Annual plans offer at least two months free. All payments are managed via Stripe.
Is my spreadsheet data safe with Formula Foundry?
Formula Foundry does not store your spreadsheet data—the editor runs inside your spreadsheet. The AI assistant is opt-in and only sees the formula, header row, and variables you reference, not your data rows. Only your name, email, and snippets are stored and can be removed anytime.
What is founding-customer pricing?
The first 100 subscribers keep the Pro or Business price they sign up at for as long as their subscription stays active on that plan, even if prices increase later.
Can I change plans or seat counts later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade anytime with automatic proration. On Business you can add or remove seats during the billing cycle and only pay for time used. Cancel and you drop back to the free plan.
