No. Edka pricing covers the platform and control plane layer only. Cloud instances, volumes, load balancers, traffic, and dedicated Metal servers are billed separately by the infrastructure provider in your account.

How many team members can I add?

Free is a single user. Standard includes 5 team members. Pro and Enterprise have no limit.

Are there limits on apps, databases or deployments?

Free caps them per cluster: 5 apps, 4 databases, 2 agents, 5 deployments, 3 wildcard domains, 5 CronJobs and 5 alert rules. Standard and Pro have a fair-use ceiling per cluster instead (50 apps, 50 databases, 25 agents, 200 deployments, 50 wildcard domains, 100 CronJobs, 100 alert rules, 25 runner scale sets).
