What is an AI Credit?
An AI credit represents one unit of intelligent work performed by Datadog's AI products.
Do unused credits roll over?
AI Credits reset on the first day of each calendar month. Unused credits do not roll over to the next month.
What happens if I run out of AI Credits?
If your usage exceeds your purchased monthly bundle, additional credits are billed automatically at the On-Demand rate. You do not need to switch pricing models or top up manually.
How is AI Credits billed?
Annual, monthly, and on-demand plans are available. Annual and monthly plans are billed per 500 credits. On-demand is billed per individual credit. Custom billing plans can be arranged.
