The homepage is a 1,000 × 1,000 pixel canvas divided into 10 × 10 pixel blocks, each costing $1 per pixel with a minimum purchase of $100. Any occupied space can be challenged by a bid at least 5% higher, and previous spend remains credited if the previous owner wants to reclaim it. Leaderboards track activity and advertisers, making it part advert, part marketplace and part spectator sport. The platform includes human moderation of all submissions and uses rel="sponsored" links in accordance with search-engine guidelines.
