Do unused screenshots roll over?
No, unused screenshots do not roll over to the next month. Each billing cycle starts fresh with your plan's allocation.
What happens if I exceed my limit?
You can buy a credit pack from your dashboard. Small includes 500 credits for $5, Medium includes 2,500 credits for $20, and Large includes 5,000 credits for $35, with credits never expiring.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing, and downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Do you offer refunds?
The company offers a full refund within 7 days of your first payment if you're not satisfied. After that, refunds for partial months are not offered.
