AIVisib measures AI visibility by asking ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude real customer questions from your sector and city, multiple times per week. The service records whether your brand is mentioned, its position in answers, which competitors are recommended instead, and which sources the AI cites.
Every score includes a statistical margin of error calculated using Wilson confidence intervals, so you can defend results in front of clients. Questions are drafted from your brand, sector, city and languages across customer intents (best, near me, price, service, reputation) and verified against reality before measurement begins.
The platform offers three subscription plans: Starter tracks one brand with 25 questions weekly; Pro covers up to three brands with 75 questions and includes white-label reporting; Agency supports eight brands with 200 questions, unlimited team seats and client-facing dashboards. All plans include all four AI engines and support for English, French and Modern Standard Arabic.
For agencies, AIVisib provides white-label reports under the agency's own brand, read-only share links for clients, and automatic weekly email delivery. The company also offers done-for-you services including baseline measurement, diagnosis, technical fixes and website content rewriting to improve AI recommendations.

What does AIVisib actually measure?
For each customer question (for example, 'best dental clinic in Muscat for families?'), AIVisib asks ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude with live web search several times per week. It records whether your brand is named, in what position, who is recommended instead, how you are described, and which sources the AI relied on. This gives your AI visibility score, share of AI recommendations and a breakdown per language and per engine.
Which AI engines and languages are included?
All four engines—ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude—are included in every plan at no extra charge, plus English, French and Modern Standard Arabic. Most tools charge per engine or reserve Claude for enterprise plans; AIVisib does not.
How reliable are the scores if AI answers change every time?
Each question is asked several times across four engines, and every score ships with its precision (plus or minus) and a confidence index showing how stable the result is across your questions. A single manual chat is an anecdote; a report is a measurement.
What is the difference between the free audit and a paid plan?
The free check writes six real customer questions for your sector and city and asks three engines (ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity) once—a live snapshot on 18 answers with its margin of error, the competitors named and two recommendations.
