AI Applyd

What it is

AI Applyd: the homepage

AI Applyd is a job search agent that automates the application process. It scores each job posting against your resume, rewrites your resume tailored to each specific role, generates cover letters from your real work experience, answers open-ended screening questions, and submits complete applications directly on employer hiring systems across 34 major platforms including Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, and Workday. The platform only counts an application as sent once the employer's own system confirms receipt. It also provides job matching that ranks opportunities by fit, application tracking, and resume optimization tools. The free tier includes job matching and limited resume rewrites; paid plans enable automated application submission.

Quick answers

1. Does AI Applyd actually submit the application, or does it just fill in the form?

AI Applyd submits complete applications on the employer's own hiring system, including screening questions, and waits for that employer's confirmation before marking it sent. The platform records its own actions separately but only counts an application as sent once the employer's system confirms receipt.

2. Which hiring systems does AI Applyd apply on?

AI Applyd submits on 34 hiring systems: Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday, iCIMS, Personio, Teamtailor, SmartRecruiters, Recruitee, Breezy, Workable, Rippling, BambooHR, JazzHR, softgarden, Jobvite, Gem, Dover, Oracle, Paylocity, Zoho Recruit, UKG Pro Recruiting, BrassRing, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP, Dayforce, Avature, CareerPlug, Hireology, Pinpoint, Polymer, Manatal, Eightfold and Paycom.

3. How do I know AI Applyd's applications actually reached the employer?

The employer's own hiring system confirms receipt, not AI Applyd. Applications go out from an email address AI Applyd created for you, and when the employer's hiring system sends a confirmation, it arrives at that email and can be tied to the specific application. The dashboard shows each application's status row by row: confirmed by the employer or still waiting.

4. Is AI Applyd free?

Yes. AI Applyd Free is $0/month forever with no credit card required. The free plan includes 10K starter tokens, 5 tailored resume rewrites per month, 5 cover letters per month, 20 interview preps per month, tracking for 25 jobs, and unlimited job matching. Auto-apply is the paid feature, available on Hired in 30 and Hired Yesterday plans.

5. Does AI Applyd work outside the United States?

Yes, and the standard is identical in every country. AI Applyd applies based on which system the employer hires on, not where the job sits, so a role in Berlin, London, Toronto or Austin gets the same tailored application on the same 34 hiring systems - and the same rule about what counts as sent. Personio, Teamtailor and Recruitee in particular carry heavy European inventory, so European roles are first-class here rather than an afterthought.
